XH-M229 Breakout Board.
Recycle an ATX computer power supply into a beefy bench tool that powers your projects. The ATX breakout board routes the -12, 3.3, 5, and 12-volt ATX outputs to screw terminals, each protected by a 5 amp fuse. These four voltages cover many common electronics needs, there's even a negative voltage (-12 volts) for op-amps and audio projects.
An on/off switch and a control circuit are included on-board, no modifications to the ATX supply are needed. This breakout board will make it easy for you to be able to build your own bench power supply and at the same time be able to use all of the capabilities of your PC power supply with this module.

- -12, 3.3, 5, 12 volt supplies @ 5 amp
- 5 amp fuses on each power rail
- Power enabled indicator LED
- On-Off Switch and control circuit to shut down the entire Power Supply
Note: A 5 Watt around 10-ohm load might be needed. Some ATX power supplies require a load on the 5V rail to start up. In our experience, most modern ATX supplies don't require a significant load on the 5-volt rail to start. An artificial load just wastes electricity and creates unnecessary heat.
