Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day from payment received and cleared in our bank account or cleared by our credit card processing company. In addition, The easiest to see the shipping cost (if it is not a local pickup) is to go to the checkout page from the shopping basket to the cost.

Shipping methods.

Please view the shopping cart for the up-to-date price. All orders near or in cities will be sent via 1-2 business day couriers, remote destinations will take longer depending on how far away from the nearest city.

Local pickup at our office in Pretoria Rietfontein is allowed. The order, however, must be placed online. It can be paid before pickup or by cash, cards or EFT payments when picking up.

We do not ship outside South Africa. International customers are welcome to send their own couriers to pick up orders from us. We can supply you with our export licence details.

Shipping insurance.

Full shipping insurance is added automatically to all orders.

Incorrect stock item levels

We try our best to keep stock levels as accurate as possible but it can happen that these levels can be wrong. If an item that shows to be in stock is not available we will immediately inform you of that with steps we can take to correct it. These steps usually will be to refund the product price or an offer to send the rest of the order and the out-of-stock item, free of charge. once arrived. Backorder products.

We seldom allow for out-of-stock products to be ordered. You need to understand that you will have to wait for the product to arrive and all other products ordered will be held back and be sent when a back-ordered item is available. Back-ordered products can take anything from 1 week to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on where it is in the procurement process. Please contact us for a better ETA.

It is your responsibility not to order back-order products if you are not able to wait 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. Furthermore, a back-ordered product is not guaranteed to arrive in 2-4 weeks; in some cases, it will arrive much faster, but it can also take longer due to holdups, for example, at customs points.
