We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days from payment received and cleared in our bank account or cleared by our credit card processing company.
We offer a flat rate shipping option in South Africa. This means that the shipping rate stays fixed no matter how big your order. Please view the shopping card for the up to date price. All orders near or in cities will be sent via 1-2 business day couriers, remote destinations and post box shipping addresses will be sent via the South African post office.
Local pickup at our office is allowed. The order, however, must be placed online and paid before pickup. Cash can be accepted at pickup but not cards or EFT payments.
We do not ship outside South Africa. International customers are welcome to send their own couriers to pick up orders from us.
Full shipping insurance is added automatically to all shipping.
Incorrect stock item levels
We try our best to keep stock levels as accurate as possible but it can happen that these levels can be wrong. If an item that shows to be in stock is not available we will immediately inform you of that with steps we can take to correct it. We allow for out of stock products to be ordered. You need to understand that you will have to wait for the product to arrive and all other products ordered will be held back and be send when a backordered item is available. Back-ordered products can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
It is your responsibility to not order back order products if you are not able to wait 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. Furthermore, a back ordered product is not guaranteed to arrive in 2 weeks, in some cases it will arrive much faster but it can also take longer.
