Wemos d1 wifi development board

I just love working with the Wemos D1 WiFi board. If you never worked with the ESP8266 chip before, you are in for a great surprise. Not only is this a full-featured WiFi chip, but it is also a microcontroller all on its own. This result in huge savings as you do not need a separate microcontroller + a WiFi chip, The ESP chip also has much more memory than an Arduino Uno for writing bigger programs that are usually the case with WiFi applications.

The Wemos D1 wifi board:
