1. Q: What are your accepted payment methods?

2. Q: How can I place an order with your company?

A: You can order through our website by adding the desired products to your cart and following the checkout process. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team via phone or email to place an order. You can also come to our physical shop and place your order there.

3. Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

A: Yes, we offer bulk discounts for large orders. Please contact our sales team with your order details, and they will provide you with a customized quote.

4. Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

A: We strive to process orders quickly. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it may not always be possible, depending if couriers already picked up your order.

5. Q: Do you offer a warranty on your products?

A: It depends on the product. We can not offer warranties on electronic components, microcontrollers, and modules except if they are still sealed in their original packaging and unused. Yes, we offer warranties on tools and educational toys. The warranty period may vary depending on the product. Please see our returns ad refunds policy.

6. Q: Do you offer product repair services?

A: We can repair some of the products we have sold directly to you, but we are not an electronics repair company for other products. Some products can not be repaired or will be too costly to repair compared to the price of a new product. Speak to our technical department first, they will give you the best advice.

7. Q: Can I place an order for out-of-stock items?

A: Yes, you can place an order for out-of-stock items. Out-of-stock items can not be ordered directly from the website; please call or e-mail sales. Please note that the availability and delivery times may vary. Our sales team will provide the estimated lead time for out-of-stock items. The rule of thumb is not to order out-of-stock items if you require them fast; it can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Call us in case,  the product might just arrive or is already on its way.

8. Q: Can I request a quote for a customized product or bulk order?

A: We offer customization services and quotes for bulk orders. We are fully set up for rebranding, kitting services, etc.  Please contact our sales team with your specific requirements, and they will assist you accordingly.

9. Q: Can I request a tax invoice for my purchase?

A: We are VAT registered and provide tax invoices for all purchases. The tax invoice will be included with your order or sent via email. Please let our sales team know if you require any specific details on the tax invoice.
