A: All orders placed before 12H00 during working days are packed and shipped out the same day. Else the next business day. We continue packing orders until couriers arrive, and it is possible that packages placed after 12H00 can still be shipped the same day, but it is not guaranteed. Couriers usually deliver the next day but can be delayed, especially in rural areas and during peak times like Black Friday and the festive season. 

2. Q: Do you ship internationally

A: We do not ship outside South Africa. International customers are welcome to send their couriers to pick up orders from us. We can supply you with our export licence details.
