MQ6 propane and butane sensor

This gas sensor module is made using MQ6, a low-cost semiconductor sensor which can detect LPG, LNG, iso-butane, propane gasses at concentrations from 200 to 10,000ppm. The sensitive material used for this sensor is SnO2, whose conductivity is lower in clean air. It’s conductivity increases as the concentration of sensing gasses increases. It has also some sensitivity to smoke and alcohol. This module provides both digital and analog outputs. MQ6 LPG LNG iso-butane, propane gas sensor module can be easily interfaced with Microcontrollers, Arduino Boards, Raspberry Pi etc.
