Small high-speed motors are common in micro drones and flying kids toys these days. This standard “612”  Motor measures 6mm in diameter and 12mm in length and is perfectly suited to any small application where high rotational speed is required.

The unit runs on 3.7V, so it is ideally suited to run from a single lithium battery cell. It hits a speed of very high  RPM without a load. Current draw ranges from 110mA free running to 1.54A at stall. Ships with wires attached and propeller.
