Our Guarantee
Our products are of the highest quality and we are sure you will be happy with your purchase. We only stock the best in quality and performance. All products are also used by us, in many cases daily and we know exactly how they work, what they are capable of, what they can do and what they can not do.
Our products are also tested twice before we send it to you, first by the manufacturer and secondly by us.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase or something goes wrong with a product we offer the following 3 types of guarantees:

5 day Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product for whatever reason it can be returned to us for a full product refund.
- Product must be returned with all packaging and in such a condition that we can sell it again.
- We will only refund the selling price without the shipping cost. The return shipping cost is also the responsibility of the buyer.
- 45 day Guarantee. Some of our components like buzzers, bread boards, jump wires, books and so forth carry a 45 day guarantee. This products fall under the heading of "can not be damage if wrong voltage applied or because of wrong pin connections"

DOA guarantee. Because of the nature of the application of our products (used for testing, playing and prototyping), products fall under the heading of "can or will be damage if wrong voltage applied or because of wrong pin connections" only have a DOA guarantee. Although we can not take responsibility for mistakes of our clients we want to urge you not to stop playing, do not get scared for breaking things. It happen seldom and if you blow something up the component or chip can usually be replaced very cheaply. You would have learned the hard way (not expensive way) but you would have learned something new!
- DOA item must be send back to us with in 2 days of receiving it. We will test item at our testing lab and if found faulty we will send a new replacement item immediately.
- Items found to be misused or wrongly used can not be replaced.
