- If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 5 days of receipt . You must first advise us by email. The product must then be returned in its original packaging (in perfect condition for resale).
- Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the above mentioned conditions. Build-it-yourself kits are not refundable once assembled. Boards and kits that are misused or have blown parts will not be refunded
- Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded).
- For products with shipping included, shipping will be charged to cover the original shipping fee.
- You must also cover the cost of returning the product. You will need to pay for shipping even if the product is defective (if you want a refund instead of a replacement).
- Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
- Orders can not be canceled once we shipped the order
- If cancellation is requested after payment the buyer is responsible for all costs as paid by us.
- We normally ship orders within 1 working days but it can take longer due to unforeseen situations like strikes and custom delays.
