What is PayFast?
PayFast is the company we use to process credit card payments and instant EFT payments
What is EFT?
EFT is short for Electronic Funds Transfer. This is the payment used by people with Internet banking facilities. It is usually the easiest and fastest way of payment especially for clients without credit cards.
What is instant EFT
Instant EFT is PayFast's patented, revolutionary payment method which allows you to pay via regular Internet banking from the major South African banks without having to wait 2 days for the funds to clear or having to fax proof of payment.
What banks support instant EFT?
Currently we support payments from ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank.
What can I do if I still want to do an EFT if I am not with one of the Instant EFT banks?
- You can choose the normal EFT payment when checking out via the shopping card. This means you will have to wait a day or two longer for your order to be processed and proof of payment must be e-mailed or faxed to us.
- You can use a credit card to pay via the FastPay payment method
- You can do a cash deposit into our account
How does cash on pick-up work?
This option is only available when customer pick up orders. Please note that we do not have card facilities at the office and card payments must be done via the website before pickup.
